In saying that, we also provide property sellers with traditional methods of selling a property, as a potential off-market sale might not be the best method to achieve a premium sale price. After working in real estate for several years, in early 2017 I decided to take the plunge and open up my own real estate office. I decided to open my office as a boutique independent agency rather than joining a national franchise brand. There were quite a few factors that led me to this decision, although the major deciding one was that at the end of the day, it's the agent as a human that is responsible for the sale of a property and building relationships, not the brand.
